Here’s how you can start using the Eddy AI assistant for your business:
1. Firstly, sign up at eddyai.com to get your unique Partner ID.
2. To install Eddy AI on your website, you can choose one of the following options:
a) If you are using WordPress, follow this installation guide,
b) If you are using Squarespace, follow this installation guide,
c) Follow the code snippet installation guide if you are using another system to power your website.
3. Integrate the AI Assistant into your Facebook page and Messenger account by following this guide. Also, you can connect the AI Assistant to Instagram Business by following this integration guide.
4. Customize the chatbot so it matches the styling of your website:
a) For WordPress, you can do that in your WordPress Admin -> Settings -> Eddy Travels page. Follow this customization guide if you need more details.
b) For other systems, you will need to customize the design in the Eddy AI app dashboard. Here’s a guide on how to do that.
5. Add your first Deeplink into your content to activate the AI Assistant. Read more about Deeplinks and how to add them here.
